Bags and a house by Ice-222 Bags and a house by Ice-222
I got bored in class and started drawing people's bags:

1. A random house.
2. Drawn in classics.
3. Drawn in calculus.
4. Drawn in chemistry, was moved partway through my drawing process so it's a bit inaccurate.
5. The same bag drawn in chemistry after she moved it from the first position (bit better).

They are more or less about the size I draw them, since they were all drwn on the same side as an A5 sheet. Too bad it's so tiny, otherwise I might have been able to put it in as part of my UNi entrance porfolio.

Odd how deviants tend to find each other by circumstance again and again. I commented and faved your phoenix sketches, and this is awesome too. Wish I could do doodles this awesome.

Yea small world :). Too bad my art's sort of drifted away from that kind of doodliness. Kinda hard to get back into it now. I kinda miss it.

My chum Zalazny does wicked-awesome doodles. Seriously, to let go, grab a canvas and throw paint. It really helps you let go of the programmed-into-us "stay in the lines" junk. Or, if you take pride in a clean carpet, try colouring with your eyes closed. It's amazing how liberating it is.

Might have to try that. Not so much the throwing paint (clean up? No thanks!), but drawing with eyes closed is fun. I used to do it when I was younger. Pics from those are actually pretty cool.

Wow, I like all the bags :O They all look very professionally done :D Indeed you could have fooled any1 into thinking you did them in art class :D tho to fool me, you'd have to draw them in crayons and pastels muahahahha! :evillaugh: (lol, just my impression of school art class)

Haha thanks. But I have such a low opinon of school art due to haven taken it in 3rd and 4th form and it was basically, finish the art piece in 2 lessons and wait around for the rest. All the teachers would say is "that nice!" to everyone. Wow whee, like that helps us improve how?

lol i'll say. I hate art class in school too...mabye they're not all as bad as i think but well...thanks to my 3rd form art teacher, i now somewhat despise school art classes. He made us draw with crayons, pastels, paint.....almost never pencil(which was what i really wanted to learn) and we drew pointless stuff...like our shoes...

School art mean quality? Why I never knew.... *snicker*. God I'm evil, I should not be so mean, I blame it on the goddamn calenders we're forced to sell.

Looking great! You should just go out one weekend to a park or something and do some drawing. Which art subjects do you take at school?

None at all actully. I take art outside of school (thought I haven't been for a few weeks due to transport annoyances and work). I usually learn sketch and occasionally oil painting, but usually at home/school I end up drawing random anime/cartoon-ish stuff :).

yeah you told me you did stuff outside school. I saw your chinese extravaganza posters and thought they might have been a project for Art Design. I so want to take drawing classes lol
